We are committed to the proper handling of personal data in accordance with the “Act on the Protection of Personal Information” (Act No. 57 of 2003, hereinafter referred to as the “Personal Information Protection Act”) and have established this Personal Information Protection Policy / Privacy Policy.

  We comply with the Personal Information Protection Act, other relevant laws, and guidelines from the Personal Information Protection Commission and other bodies to ensure the proper handling of personal data.

  When acquiring personal information, we will publicly announce or notify the purpose of use (including through this policy) and will acquire personal information directly from the individuals through contracts or other documents (including electronic records) after clearly specifying the purpose of use. We will use personal information appropriately within the scope necessary to achieve the stated purposes.

  Our site uses Google Analytics to understand visitor behavior. This service collects and analyzes visitor history based on cookies issued by our site.   Categories include name, gender, date of birth (age), address, contact information, nationality/place of origin, workplace information, identification numbers/personal identification documents, and individual numbers.

• Joint Use of Personal Information

  We do not jointly use personal information with third parties.

• Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

  We do not provide personal information to third parties except in cases where there is prior consent from the customer, when necessary for achieving the purpose of use within the necessary scope, under legal obligations, for the protection of life, body, or property when it is difficult to obtain consent, for public health or promoting healthy child development when it is difficult to obtain consent, and when it is necessary to cooperate with state or local public authorities in executing legally stipulated operations.

• Safety Management Measures

  We take necessary and appropriate security measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal data and supervise our employees and outsourcing partners (including subcontractors) handling personal data. Specific measures include developing a personal information protection guideline, maintaining rules for handling personal data at each stage (acquisition, use, storage, provision, deletion/disposal), organizational measures like appointing a person in charge of handling tasks related to personal data, employee training on handling personal data, physical measures to control access to areas where personal data is handled, and technical measures to limit access to personal data and protect information systems handling personal data from unauthorized access and malware.
