    We do not provide personal information to third parties except in cases where there is prior consent from the customer, when necessary for achieving the purpose of use within the necessary scope, under legal obligations, for the protection of life, body, or property when it is difficult to obtain consent, for public health or promoting healthy child development when it is difficult to obtain consent, and when it is necessary to cooperate with state or local public authorities in executing legally stipulated operations.
  • Safety Management Measures

    We take necessary and appropriate security measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal data and supervise our employees and outsourcing partners (including subcontractors) handling personal data. Specific measures include developing a personal information protection guideline, maintaining rules for handling personal data at each stage (acquisition, use, storage, provision, deletion/disposal), organizational measures like appointing a person in charge of handling tasks related to personal data, employee training on handling personal data, physical measures to control access to areas where personal data is handled, and technical measures to limit access to personal data and protect information systems handling personal data from unauthorized access and malware.
